Upcoming Walks

  • The Carrington Walk

This 2 hour walk, situated, south Sydney in the Royal National Park, is on a carefully selected trail, designed to slow down our biorhythms to fall into step with nature. During the walk, the Guide invites you to share a blend of creative, physical and sensory activities taking our cues direct from nature. These activities bring us more into the present moment, and re-igniting our connection with the natural world.

The Carrington Walk commences at Willow Tree Flat and follows wide paths, which cuts through, the park’s lush green, open and grassy central valley. The walk takes you through patches of open areas containing statuesque gums and fig trees. The path is bordered by sandstone, blue gums and turpentines. The walk covers approximately 1.5 kilometres.

We conclude our walk with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Price $40 per person

  • The Yenabilli Walk

Is a 3 hour guided walk, located in Maianbar, Royal National Park. We commence the Yenabilli Walk at the bottom of the hill on Maianbar Road. This trail begins on top of a small rise and descends to meet up with a flat trail. The walk continues along to the point that affords a stunning 270 deg view of the Port Hacking River over the Deeban Spit and out to the sea.

This walk showcases some spectacular trees native to the area.

Along the trail the Guide will invite you to participate in some physical, sensory and creative activities. These mindful activities provide gateways for us to be present, open and alert to the environment.

The walk is approximately 1.8 kilometres in length.

Our walk will conclude with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Price $50 per person.

  • The Forest Walk

The Forest Walk is 4 hour guided walk in the Royal National Park. The walk follows the Hacking River and Bola Creek. This circular path is under the soaring heights of the mature canopy, in a lush and biodiverse rainforest. The trail provides views of the river and local trees such as Casaurinas, cabbage tree palms, tall Eucalypts and the stunning Gymea Lily for which this area is re-known for.

On the Forest Walk, you are invited to give it your full attention, to awaken your senses to the fresh air, aromas, bird song, animals, colours and textures.

This experience immerses you in the whole natural world, enhancing our sense of connection and aliveness.

The Forest Walk is 4.8 kilometres in length, being one of our longer walks.

Our walk will conclude with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Price $65 per person
